Refunds/Exchanges
At this time all sells are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given until further notice. If you received your item damaged we will offer an exchange. Email us at info@thesultrylabel.com

Shipping
Please allow between 1-3 business days to receive a shipping confirmation. We ship through United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer First Class Shipping which can take 2-5 business days.
Once a package is taken to the post office it is out of our control. We will do whatever is possible to help you retrieve a lost package however once a package is taken to USPS you must reach out to USPS to resolve any issues regarding lost or stolen packages.
